Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Nigerian law.

If you sign up on behalf of an organisation (an agency, a property developer, a contractor company), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Tenants are organisations (agencies, developers, property managers) that subscribe to Reaxis to run their business. Each tenant has its own workspace, branding, and billing relationship with Reaxis.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in Nigerian Naira, payable in advance via Paystack. Current pricing is published on the platform and may change with 30 days' notice.

Trial periods are offered at our discretion and automatically expire unless converted to a paid plan.

Refunds — subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law.

Suspension — accounts unpaid for 14 days past the due date may be suspended. Data is preserved for 90 days after suspension before deletion, during which the tenant may settle outstanding balances to restore access.

Listings — agents and landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of property information they publish. Reaxis verifies what we reasonably can (agent identity, property documents, KYC) but does not warrant title, condition, or suitability.

Contracts — tenancy agreements, sales contracts, and service agreements generated through Reaxis are legally binding between the parties signing them. Reaxis is not a party to those contracts. Disputes between the parties remain solely between those parties.

Payments — payments processed through Paystack are subject to Paystack's terms. Reaxis facilitates the transaction; we do not hold customer funds in escrow unless explicitly indicated.

Commissions — where Reaxis collects a commission or platform fee, it will be clearly disclosed before the transaction is completed.

The Reaxis platform — including the software, branding, design, and underlying technology — is owned by Dunad Solutions Limited and protected by Nigerian and international copyright law.

Content you upload (listings, photos, documents) remains yours. By uploading, you grant Reaxis a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the service.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Reaxis's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees you paid Reaxis in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) even if we have been advised of the possibility.

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds.

We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment, with reasonable notice where the circumstances permit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with a single arbitrator agreed between the parties.

Where arbitration is unavailable, disputes will be heard in the competent courts.
