Cookie Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: 29 May 2026
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember you, keep you logged in, and understand how the site is being used.
This policy explains the cookies Reaxis uses and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
Cannot be turned offRequired for the platform to work. They keep you logged in, remember your tenant workspace, and protect against cross-site request forgery.
Examples:
connect.sid (session ID),
tenantId (workspace context),
CSRF protection tokens.
Functional cookies
Improve your experienceRemember your preferences — saved searches, recently viewed properties, dismissed banners. The platform works without these, but is friendlier with them.
Examples: recent searches, sidebar collapsed state, notification preferences.
Analytics cookies
Help us improveAggregate, non-identifying statistics about how the platform is used — which pages are slow, where users get stuck, what features are popular.
Note: We do not use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies. Reaxis does not run ads against your behaviour or sell your data to advertisers.
Security cookies
Detect fraud and impersonationRecord a hashed device fingerprint and an active-session identifier so we can detect login sharing, session hijacking, and unauthorized access attempts. Used only for security, never for marketing.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break login and most platform features — they exist purely so the platform can recognise you between page loads.
